Two names, already the same
Compare the profile name with the UPI name before you request a transfer. If they differ, fix that inside the app or do not request.
Do not send a payment to a third person to make the names match.
The wait is part of the marker
Pending means the request exists. It does not mean this card can see it. Refresh inside the app, not by paying again.
A helper who offers to hurry the transfer in exchange for a code is outside the lane.
An offer can slow the request
If you opted into a label, unfinished tasks can hold a payout. Read that status in the profile.
This lane cannot waive a task or mark a request complete.
Keep the receipt on the handset
Screenshot the request reference for yourself. Do not post it in a group.
If the status stays pending for longer than the app itself describes, use the in-app support path. This card has no queue.
